Dedicated software development teams for Israeli companies
KAL Solutions Group builds a dedicated software development team aligned to your product, stack and engineering process, with a KAL technical lead, transparent delivery and a team that stays with your product.
When is a dedicated team the right model?
A new product or workstream
It needs a full team, not one or two engineers.
Your leads are at capacity
A KAL team lead runs daily delivery inside your process.
Long-term continuity
The same people stay on your product and build its knowledge.
Predictable cost
A monthly team cost instead of several hiring processes.
What does a typical team look like?
2 backend, 2 frontend, 1 QA
Example configuration for a SaaS workstream.
Mobile squad
iOS, Android or React Native with a backend engineer.
Team lead included
A KAL lead owns sprint delivery and reporting.
Dedicated team FAQ
How long does it take to set up a team?
It depends on the roles and seniority. After a scoping call, KAL proposes a team structure and candidate profiles, and you interview before anyone starts.
Who decides on architecture?
You do, with input from the KAL team lead.
Can the team grow or shrink?
Yes. Team size changes are agreed in advance, with the notice period set in the contract.
Who owns the code and IP?
IP and code ownership are set in the services agreement before work starts, and the work is delivered into client-owned repositories.
Who are KAL's engineering partners?
Vetted partner engineering companies in Vietnam and Eastern Europe. KAL selects each partner, leads delivery from Israel and stays your single contract and point of contact.
How does a remote dedicated team stay aligned with us?
A KAL technical lead runs the team inside your sprint rhythm and tools, with shared holiday calendars and one point of contact. Read How remote engineering units stay aligned across time zones.
