Who owns the code and IP?
IP and code ownership are set in the services agreement before work starts, and the work is delivered into client-owned repositories.
What is the minimum engagement?
It is agreed per role in the proposal.
How fast can engineers start?
Profiles follow a short scoping call; you interview, and the engineer starts once you approve.
What if an engineer is not the right fit?
KAL proposes a replacement engineer and handles the handover.
Can we hire the engineer later?
Conversion to an in-house hire can be agreed, with terms set in the contract.
How are security and repository access handled?
Work runs in client-owned repositories and tools, with access per engineer, NDAs for every team member, and access removed at offboarding.
